\"\"<\/span>Phil Jones Bass is excited to announce that bassist Philip Bynoe has joined the PJB
\nfamily as an artist endorsee. Philip is best recognized for his extensive work as the long-
\ntime bassist for Steve Vai and has also recorded and toured with other artists including
\nSlash, Kevin Eubanks, and currently with the A-Z Band and Warlord. His work has been
\nrecognized with an Emmy Award for the soundtrack of Reefer Madness (a remake of
\nthe original) as well as three Grammy Award nominations with Vai.\u00a0Philip has also been
\na member of the faculty at the L.A. Music Academy in Pasadena where he has taught
\nbass and ensemble work.<\/p>\n

Philip has chosen PJB\u2019s BP-800-Watt head and two C-8 Speaker cabinets as his
\npreferred rig. The BP-800 achieves 800 Watts of power when paired with the two
\ncabinets that contain eight five-inch drivers each. According to Philip, \u201cFrom the first
\nnote I was immediately impressed by its power, tone and presence. With the eight X five
\ncabs I am able to feel and hear the response from the amp right away, with clarity and
\ntone right at my fingertips. This bass rig can fill any size room. Phil Jones amps and
\nspeakers are the future of bass amplification, now.\u201d<\/p>\n
